Lisa excels in project management and is an adept representative of her clients. Her organizational skills and knowledge of the industry make her superior at handling many tasks and jobs simultaneously. Lisa has developed excellent working relationships with professionals throughout the country, giving her a lengthy contact list to utilize for her clients’ benefit.
Paul Cummings
Vice president of SCM Solutions, Paul runs the operations behind the scenes. His background in information technology and construction allows him to assist clients with confidence and expertise. Paul utilizes his talents and skills to assign and coordinate tasks within the team.
Michael Brake, PE-PLS
Michael has a degree in civil engineering and over 35 years of experience in engineering design and project management. He uses his background in land development and municipal government to assist clients through the development process and permitting. He is able to decipher local jurisdictional development processes and code requirements which ultimately expedites the entitlement process. This experience also provides foresight to minimize potential and unforeseeable project approval and project completion delays.
Katelin Kahler
Katelin has a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and has recently joined the SCM team, bringing her experience and knowledge as a former project manager for a Commercial General Contractor. Katelin’s excellent work ethic and can-do attitude have crossed over well to the entitlement and due diligence side of our company. She is excelling at researching the local jurisdictions and gathering information for our clients as well as continuing to provide unsurpassed project management.
Mark Heiman
With a background and degree in Engineering Mark brings a wealth of experience as a former project manager overseeing projects for Caltrans. Mark oversaw the development, implementation and management of a web-based system to connect City, County and State emergency management systems, which included interaction between all three jurisdictions. This experience gives Mark a unique insight into navigating jurisdictions and having them become a partner for our projects instead of a hinderance.
Mark is diligent in working through challenges on the job site as well as following up on any outstanding items.
